…FOOD and QUANTITIES…

…have you ever wondered why HEALTHY fit people always seem to be putting FOOD in their mouth…

…whether it be some form of FRUIT or VEGETABLE as a snack…or full plates of food to make a MEAL…

…another observation you may make is that all that food seems to be as close to or actually in its ORIGINAL form that GOD supplied it to us…

…lots of GREENS…a little bit of PROTEIN…and some colour…because food should be visually PRETTY and not only just TASTE great…

…unfortunately people who would like to lose some FAT off their body become SCARED of food altogether because by EATING it, that’s how they think they became fat in the first place…whereas what they should be doing is looking at the food they’re eating and all the bad HABITS they’ve created…

…generally the TWO habits that they’ve created are eating SMALL amounts of UNHEALTHY food…

…in actual FACT what we need to do is FLIP those habits into large amounts of healthy, NUTRIENT and VITAMIN dense, low FAT and CARBOHYDRATE foods to achieve the RESULTS we really want…

…what if the whole world ate FRESH, true organic foods and followed a HEALTHY diet…?!!

…we’d have an EPIDEMIC of health…

…just IMAGINE the industries, BUSINESSES and government departments, etc. that would go OUT of business…

…QUIT…

…a horrible habit to pick up and just as hideous to QUIT…have you ever tried it…if not…DON’T…

…so strange…most of us complain and are aware of the POLLUTION issues we have in the world…yet some of us still choose to SMOKE cigarettes…go figure…all in the name of common sense…

…test yourself one day this week…IF you’re a smoker…have a cigarette and go for a 10 minute RUN straight afterward…just to see how you feel…write down and rate how you FEEL out of 10…

…next time you go for a run…make sure you do it AFTER a period of time when you haven’t had a cigarette…again rate how you feel out of 10…COMPARE the difference and ask yourself…

…WHY DO I SMOKE…?!!

…keep your cells happy with love…with every action there is a reaction…give a smile and you should receive a smile…treat someone with kindness and eventually they will return the favour…

…this is what life is all about…keeping a happy flow through the cells of your body and all the cells associated with you…those cells will affect other cells…and those other cells will affect even more cells…until everything you come across carries a positive energy and feeds of each other…expanding…growing richer in positivity…

…persist and you will achieve…

…keep on movin’…

…even before you’re born…the first thing you learn to do is move…

…once you’re born you progress from large, jagged type, uncontrolled movements…to then the finer, more controlled movements, such as picking objects up with your fingers…or catching a ball…

…as you progress through life you eventually reach a personal peak whereby you’ve educated yourself as much as your brain permits to an abundance of movements allowing you to function every day and some…

…time goes by and you begin to feel the onset of aging whereby some of these learned movements begin to become more difficult to perform…

…to enjoy life more and for longer you need to fight this cycle…through healthy eating and daily regular exercise you can enjoy this peak phase for a much longer period of time…and isn’t that what life’s all about…

…enjoy the time while you’re here…for as long as you can…
